90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Anuva CurveDrops. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Email support@tryanuva.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We will confirm your request within 2 business days and send return instructions if a return is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Conditions
- One refund per customer under the 90-day guarantee.
- Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
- Orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address may be refunded minus shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
