Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

• United States: 3–6 business days with standard shipping.
• Free shipping on 3-bottle orders.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact support@tryanuva.com and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund your order.

Address changes

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to change the shipping address. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
